Ossa watched him stand up. She sat there on her knees, both hands flat on the ground. She frowned as she watched him. Tears rolled down her cheeks. She was silently crying. She whimpered. She didn't want him to go. He was the first person to talk to her in a long time. Her tail dropped to the ground. She continued to bleed and she continued to feel pain but it didn't matter.

Lan avoided her eyes....but knew that she was crying."I....stay...?"he asked rather uneasily."Not make....Ossa cry....?"He grunted softly,awaiting an answer of any kind....He flexed his wings and shook once more.He could still feel her pain....

Ossa smiled and nodded. She hugged his neck. She wanted him to stay. Her tail started to sway back and forth happily. The pain didn't seem to affect her as much as it did before. The blood had stained her clothing.

Ossa smiled as she hugged him. She nodded. She closed her eyes. "You didn't fail me" she sent a telepathically to him, "don't ever think that" She opened her eyes half way. Finally she had a friend, someone to watch over her. She was happy to have a friend, after so long of being alone. The pain seemed to go away. She was just so happy.

Lan grunted softly and closed his eyes."Hehe....Clothes...ripped...must go home....change...."he mumbled,yawning softly."Ossa...kind....I like that...thank you..."He sighed and nuzzled her leg.Someone has a new friend....Hehehe....He licked his chomps and yawned again....

Ossa smiled. She had a friend now, she was so glad. She purred as she watched him. She could make animal noises but couldn't talk. She was an odd creature indeed. She held her side and slowly got up. It hurt to stand but she did anyway. She winced with pain as she stared at him.

He winced as well."I have...herbs that reduce pain...."he said with a soft grunt.Lan rose,crouching down low for her to mount him."Ride...?Faster...Clothes...carry please...?Weapons...dangerous and valuable."He nodded softly and licked his chomps once more.

Ossa nodded and slowly grabbed what was left of his clothing and his weapons. She slowly got onto his back and sat down. Her tail wrapped around her waste to hold her wound. She winced with pain again. She had to be careful with his weapons. She was afraid that she might end up hurting herself.

Lan winced again as well....He rose and his tail made its way to her back,in order to stroke it reassuringly."I...go slow...?"he said."So you don't get hurt...?"He grunted and slowly walked off of the dock....He didn't like the idea of flying around with her holding weapons,seeing as he was a reckless 'driver'...Hehehe....

Ossa nodded. She felt his tail stroke her back. She winced with pain. Her vision was starting to blur due to the fact she had lost so much blood. She moved her head and coughed. She had coughed up more of that strange substance. She shivered in fear. She made sure that the weapons were wrapped in his clothes so they wouldn't hurt her.

His tail wrapped around her waist,in order to make sure that she wouldn't fall....He winced softly and ran forward,unfurling his wings and flapping....He was in the air very quickly and headed towards his 'home'....which,thank God,wasn't that far away..."Hang in there...ok...?"he said,smiling very softly.If she didn't...they'd both go down together....Heh....

Ossa's eyes were half way closed. She was softly shaking. She had the sick feeling at the bottom of her stomach. She whimpered and nodded. Her breathing was harsh, like she was running out of air. With his tail near her wound she was able to cover more of the wound which was good. her ears pinned back against her head. She was just...so sick.
Ooc||Since she is an expirement her body functions different from others so she expierences things differently. She can make pain seem over whelming but actually it's because her body is trying to heal with that substance she keeps coughing up.

Lan slowly alighted onto the steps of his old house....which was really just an abandoned one really....He nudged the door open with his beak and coughed softly,stepping inside.He turned to the door and closed it once more,and then walked over to the old couch in the middle of the living room...He leant against it in order for her to have less trouble getting down....He was going to gwr dressed and doctor her wounds as best he could....Aww...

Ossa managed to get onto the couch just fine. She laid there, on the side that wasn't ripped apart. The shirt was cut in that place but she covered her wound with her tail. If you took a closer look at it you could tell there was green substance and blood on the wound. There was also some white stuff that looked like bone. Her eyes were closed as she laid on her right side. She shook softly.
