{Gosh I hope I'm doing this right xD Anyway, Zane tends to have a thicker accent, so any misspellings are correct in his case.}
"Yew've got about half an hour before we're on," Zane boomed, a pair of thick arms crossed over his chest as another hung limply at his sides. He had discarded his jacket shortly after arriving backstage. He didn't have to worry about being spotted because one of the band's requirements was that no one else was allowed backstage save us. He smirked at Charm as she sat quietly in her chair, staring blankly into the reflection of the vanity mirror before her as she became lost in thought. She nodded instinctively, in no way wishing to goad Zane's easily coaxed wrath. She scanned over the different containers of make up laid in front of her. The make up artist she had been intercepted by at the door had kept her long enough to apply thick amounts of vibrant colors onto her cheek bones, lips and eyes lids. She had found herself stunned now as she watched her reflection. The transformation, short as it had been, she found astonishing. Back home, she had been limited to the few products her mother had approved, and those had hardly had any effect. But now, she found herself staring into someone with her eyes, but someone else's face. Yesterday, Plague had taken her to a salon and had her hair cut, styled and dyed. "We can't afford for you to be so easily recognized," the young woman had vilely whispered into her ear once they were alone. Her hair had originally been a pale chestnut, but now it was a shade of violet so deep that it appeared black, the true color only appearing where the dim lights hit it. The tips of her hair had been colored a vibrant hue of a purpled magenta, beginning along her angled bangs and smoothly flowing about her shoulders. An ample amount of eye shadow of nearly matching tint glinted about her lids, a shimmer set into the powder causing her pale green eyes to sparkle with depth and light. Her thick, dark lashes framed her bright eyes which seemed to glow as the black lights on stage, just beyond the curtain, flickered to life subtly. She had never felt quite so beautiful, or so odd, in all her life. She now had a punk-goth appearance, completed with her ensemble of dark, tight clothing and various chains. Her clothing, or what seemed as more of a costume to her, glowed in various regions as well, causing her to appear very thoughtfully put together, though she had felt rather rushed.
However, reality rushed back at her and struck her as hard as the sour chord Manic plucked. Tuning his guitar, which was also illuminated do to the black lights, he found the right tune and secured the wire. Charm supposed the 'punk goth' look was the crowd the band would be aiming towards, seeing as the rest of the group was dressed to suite such a category. Manic's bleach blonde hair was in disarray, as he usually wore it. Slamming down hard on the guitar strings, he blared a few warm up notes before practicing a sucessful guitar swing, kneeling to the ground as the music they had practiced repeatedly run through his head.
She hadn't seen Sonja in nearly a week now. She missed her younger sister dearly, and prayed over and over that she was safe and well taken care of. She trusted that Plague wouldn't allow harm to come Sonja's way if they wanted Charm's full cooperation, but the fact that she hadn't heard from her sister in several days made her nervous. She sighed unhappily, tucking a lock of dark violet hair behind an ear as Torque approached her. Leaning against the wall, he wore an arrogant grin upon his handsome face, watching the young girl with a confident air. "Bet you're nervous," he commented, his smile broadening as Charm shifted her sorrowful gaze to him. She nodded vaguely in response. "Just do as we rehearsed and everything will go fine. Keep to our songs, and we'll have no problem making this crowd absolutely nuts for us." He chuckled under his breath. His expression shifted suddenly, obtaining the look of slight amusement. "Silence? I was so hoping for one of your smart comments." He rolled his shoulders in mock disappointing, adopting his absorbed smirk once more. "Got something for you." He pulled a cell phone from his pocket and pressed a number, handing it to Charm as it rang.
"Hello?" A soft voice breathed on the other line. "Sonja? Sonja, it's me!" She cried as she recognized her sister's voice. Tears sprung into her eyes with relief as she asked how her sister was and if everything was all right. After being assured that she was fine, but frightened, Torque roughly snatched the phone from her hand. Charm snarled with surprise, rising from her chair in an attempt to retrieve the cell phone, but Torque shoved her back down and shut the phone, slipping it into his pocket. "That'll do for now. You can talk with her again once the performance is over. Now perk up and wipe that pitiful look from your face." He keenly turned on heel and stalked off, leaving Charm to scowl at him as he picked up his bass and began checking the chords.

The small auditorium filled with people coming to see the show. They'd heard of this new band and so were intrigued to see if what they'd heard was true or not. The crowd was noisy and talkative as they awaited for the concert to begin. Various types of people were there to enjoy the music as well, but for the most part, it seemed to have drawn a certain particular type of following- even before the band had even gathered one. Perhaps it was what was heard that brought a certain genre of people, but there was some of different caliber as well.
One among them was a blended in to the crowd kind of guy, but still not quite blended to mark himself as one of them- meaning he was no punk goth purest, but he still had the fauxhawk hair-do and the plastic holed belt- plus the tighter pants- he wasn't a baggy clothes type. Standing about third row back, having come on his own- as he really didn't have a ton of close friends, he watched the stage curiously. With the alias of Cozmo, he kept himself rather unknown so that if anyone were to ever catch on to what he was and what he did on occasion, they wouldn't really know who he truly was. He looked like a regular guy, but he still had a feeling that he wasn't the only mutant in the crowd. Many were just like him- leading normal lives without anyone knowing what they were.
With a smirk, he watched the group of girls in front of himself, laughing and talking and dancing to the music that was being played as simple noise for the crowd before the band came upon the stage and took their attention away. Finding it simply amusing how riled up the girls there were and the whole crowd really. He simply sat in his chair and waited for the show to begin.

"Get oop," Zane demanded, clasping Charm by the wrist and roughly wrenching her from the seat. He led her to where Torque and Manic were quietly conversing, though the pair ceased once they neared. Charm cast an annoyed glance Zane's way, making it clear that she didn't appreciate his pushing, but it was Torque who demanded her attention.
"Listen, now, you stick to the plan, everything goes smoothly, and nobody gets hurt. Got it, babe? Try anything, and we'll know. It'd be such a shame if something happened to your little sister, so let's keep it clean and simple." Torque grinned cruelly, his gaze flicking to the ground as mist from the blackened stage rolled about their feet. "Show time," he murmured, checking himself over briefly before taking up his bass. Manic approached and fitted the black headset, taking the microphone gently to make sure it was working properly. "There're a bunch of people out there, so let's try not disappoint them," he commented with a wicked smile. "I'll do my best," Charm retorted, eyes narrowed as he promptly laughed at her returning spark. "Get to work." Torque shouted from across the room as Manic and Zane made the final preparations. Eyeing him with displeasure, Charm flicked her eyes to thte ground and began to concentrate. As the lyrics of the first song trilled through her memory, she pieced together a fitting scene to accompany it. Once the image was completed in her mind, she gave Torque a ready nod just as the lights flickered out, enveloping the entire auditorium in pitch. Charm immediately felt the force of Zane's hand about her upper arm as the group stole onto the stage unnoticed. She focused as Zane guided her into position. As her thoughts raced, thick trees with blackened trunks erupted from the stage floor on either side of them, bare branches gnarled and distorted to appear more like reaching fingers. The scene she had pictured within her mind slowly came int existence, the stage behind her transfiguring to become a bleak wood at night. Moonlight was torn and scattered by the menacing trees, causing broken shafts to fall in displacement. Fog trickled from the stage and completely concealed the floor. Once in position, shafts of light struck through the mist, lasers and strobes illuminating the stage.
Charm's voice resounded eerily throughout the crowded room as their figures slowly appeared, looking more like ghostly figures summoned from the smog rather than musicians with thier instruments. "You're too important for anyone.. You play the role of all you long to be.." Excitement and anxiety fueled her pounding heart, which seemed to have lodged itself high in her throat as her hollow voice echoed with her soft words. "But I.. I know who you really are. You're the one who cries when you're alone." As she started the chorus, the band erupted from the fog: Zane forcefully pounding on his drums, Manic shaking his head wildly and displaying an assortment of enthusiastic expressions, and Torque bobbing as he struck the chords on his bass, an expression of disciplined concentration drawing his handsome features taught.
"But where will you go? With no one left to save you from yourself, oh oh oooh you can't escape, you can't escape." Though it demanded a good portion of her focus to retain the illusion she had constructed upon the stage, she peered out into the crowd. Careful not to allow her desperation for help to flash across her face, for she knew Torque and Manic would be watching, she scanned the faces. After a moment, they all seemed to meld together as a shaft of light crossed over her eyes, her hands motioning to emphasize her words and features expressing the deepness of the song as it reached so many- yet none could ever fathom what it truly meant.

When the lights went out, the crowd went quiet, listening and waiting, their eyes turned to the stage they couldn't yet see. Then as it came to life and the first song started, they began to cheer and get into the music almost instantly as it started. It was already starting out as a good show, surely they wouldn't disappoint.
Once the show started, Cozmo stood so to see better now, looking at the stage and watching the band as they went through their songs. He bobbed his head some to the music. He glanced at the other band members, but like most of the crowd, he was watching the singer. Funny enough, he wasn't quite sure how to place it, but she didn't really look all that thrilled to be up there on stage. But he brushed it off as to maybe that was part of her act- their 'image'. He found it to be an interesting song, but like people usually thought, he too didn't think the lyrics held much meaning.
During the concert though, the boy became a little bored. The effects they had didn't seem like much- at least not to him. It might've been cool at first, but now he was just waiting for something more to happen. He wanted to be entertained, as was his way really- and he glanced around at the crowd as they continued on enjoying the music. He found he was probably the only one that was already getting bored with things. It might be due to the fact that he was alone so he didn't have anyone to talk to or more- shout at. With a glance around the stage area again, he looked up at the singer as she went on through the bands song, lightly crossing his arms in front of himself, glancing to the forest along the stage. It was definitely good effects there- almost seemed... real. He wasn't an expert or anything on mutants, but that just seemed a little too real just to be effects. He still remained there watching though, not doing anything- not just yet.

They had finally come to their final song. She silently thanked God, feeling utterly weary with the extra exertion she had had to contribute, receiving a swift glare from Torque when the illusion had flickered once. Luckily, the skip passed quickly enough that no one in the crowd seemed to have caught it. She felt hot- almost sick. She'd never needed to use her powers for this long, and she could feel her strength leaking from her, causing her to gently sway on spot. She hadn't the slightest idea how she kept her voice going strong, but she was wearily pleased that she hadn't faltered on a note. Any pleasure that she derived from this first performance, however, was short lived. Charm felt her knees go weak, and, hoping to distract the audience as she sank to the floor, she conjured up the image ghostly orbs bursting from the trees to mingle with the audience. While a few shouted in surprise, most cheered at the effect, watching as the pale lights twirled and spiralled in eradic patterns. As the last note was struck, the orbs exploded overhead, a wave of light passing over the auditorium as Charm fell hard on her knees, her hands serving as her only support as she tried to avoid total collapse.
Manic was suddenly at her side. Expecting a sharp word or hissed remark, he knelt and slid an her arm over his shoulder, gently guiding her back to her feet. Though her vision swam, she could see well enough that the sudden 'fireworks' had captured the audience's attention for the moment. "Can you stand?" Manic hurriedly asked, knowing the crowd would be suspicious of what had happened should they see. Charm gave him a quick nod and he steadied her, backing a few paces away but watching her with a wary eye. As the lights finally faded away, an uproar of cheering and screams of approval broke out, several people jumping or waving their arms. An appreciative smile broke across Charm's face as she bowed her head in thanks, backing to the side of the stage and motioning for the crowd to clap for each of the instrumentalists.
She gave her head a swift shake as images started to blur, fighting to keep herself at ease while her consciousness moaned tiredly. All she wanted now was sleep. She was motioned back onto the center of the stage as the band took a bow together, but she could feel her feet dragging across the floor as she joined the rest of the group.

The show was definitely impressive, but as the crowd was distracted by the globes of light, but Cozmo was not so easily deterred from the stage. He kept his gaze on the singer, narrowing his eyes a little as he watched her. When she fell to the stage, he lifted his brows, seeing that that was not part of the act as the guitarist came over and pulled her back to her feet. Frowning a little, not sure what was going on, but something just felt strange about them. "Okay, now the fun can really start...." he shook his head a little and climbing over the seats in front of him, one of the girls looked at him somewhat alarmed and then smiled a little after seeing better who it was. Cozmo just smirked at her but putting his hand out, he gave her a little shock, a little more than static electricity, but not enough to hurt- just enough to get her out of the way. He laughed, getting over the other row and moved along the front line of the people. With the lights and the bubbles and the people, he figured he wouldn't be noticed.
He walked over to the large speaker on one end of the stage, glancing to see that no guards were near there and reaching to where the sub-woofer was at the base of the speaker- he brushed his hand over the speaker sending an electrical charge though the system, carrying it over to the outlets. Suddenly the speakers squealed, then there were sudden sparks and bangs coming from the outlets and cords. Cozmo just kept on walking by, heading to the side of the auditorium, chuckling a little at the sudden mayhem. He hadn't destroyed much- and the show as over- why not give the audience a little something to scream about?
Looking back to the stage, his eyes narrowed a little as he watched the band and what they would do. The crowd was too distracted by the bangs and new 'fireworks' to pay attention to the band at all now. Some even started fleeing, afraid that a fire might start. But Cozmo's interference wasn't enough to create any pyrotechnics.

As sparks flew and shrill pitches were emitted from the surrounding speakers, it was all the chance she needed. As security guards poured into the room and a standby technician grabbed a fire extinguisher, Charm slid from the stage and crouched on the floor as the rest of the band backed away in confusion.
The scene was absolute mayhem. People were screaming and running to the doors in such a panic that they were tripping and falling over one another. Fear was thick upon the air, leaving an acrid taste in Charm's mouth as she quickly tried to construct a plan. She had to get out of here without anyone realizing she was missing- at least until she was far enough away that it wouldn't matter. Careful not to trip anyone, she slowly rose to her feet and submerged herself into the mass, constantly looking over her shoulder to watch the group. Once one of the onstage speakers were taken care of, Torque and Manic seemed to come to their senses. Manic whipped around, stalking backstage to see if she had sought coverage in the shadows there. Quickly returning to inform Torque that she was indeed missing, the pair called over Zane and gave him instructions. A look of pure annoyance stunned his rough features as Zane bodily leapt from the stage, the impact of his landing causing the auditorium to visibly shake. He towered a good two feet above the rest of the crowd as he craned his neck about, shoving people aside as she tried to locate Charm.
Adrenaline rushed through her as she slipped past people, cramming herself into tighter spots where it was less likely she would be seen. She was almost to the door when she pulled back, pushing herself into a tight alcove in the wall. Pressing herself against the wall and recoiling as far as she could into the shadow of the room, she watched through narrowed eyes as Zane threw people aside and made it past the double doors. Charm felt the tension release, emitting a sigh of relief and leaning easily against the wall as her head began to spin. As she became steady once again, she carefully gazed through the doorway and saw Zane being carried with the rest of the crowd, oblivious to the fact that she was no longer among them. Chancing a glance towards the stage, Torque and Manic were shading their eyes against the intense lights and brilliant sprays of sparks that arched across their line of vision, scanning the faces. Edging aside, keeping her eyes trained on the stage, she rammed hard against a solid body. Falling backward and smacking her arms against the ground, Zane snarled down at her, lips curled tight against his darkened features. With a thundersome snarl, he broke the seems of his jacket without bothering to remove, and Charm screamed as four massive hands grabbed her arms forcefully as shoved her to her feet. A pair of the thick hands manuevered to her neck, squeezing down on her windpipe. Tears sprung to her eyes as she futily clawed at the large palms, feet kicking as she was lifted from the ground. His dark crimson eyes flared with rage as he slowly tightened his grip.

{talk about anger management issues! lol}
Cozmo stood along the sides, watching his 'work' as everyone ran in a panic and the sparks of electricity were trying to be controlled- an amused grin spread along his lips. However, when he looked to the stage, he noticed the singer more or less 'sneak' off. Brows knitting in some confusion, he simply watched as the girl did her best to try and sneak out with the crowd. He didn't really think anything of it or really care until he felt the ground shake and quickly looked back to the stage just after one of the other band members had jumped off. "What the hell...?" From his position, he could watch and see what was going on, the crowd more or less out by now- and being in the shadows himself, caught sight of the girl again as she tried to outsmart the other. But upon seeing she was suddenly caught, in alarm he watched on as the large man grabbed her, his second pair of arms becoming quite obvious. Then as he lifted her up into the air, Cozmo barely even thought before he reacted. He didn't know what this guys problem was, but he couldn't let him just hurt and or kill that girl because of what he did. He didn't want to be responsible for someone getting hurt like that- even if he didn't actually know the reason for this man's rage.
So quickly running up the row- he first tried to see if there was any way he could reach the guy without going over to him, but there was no metal he was touching. He'd have to have contact or be in close enough proximity, which at the moment he wasn't. But, while the guy was rather distracted with his intent to hurt that girl, he ran over to him without even really thinking, knowing the guy could probably just toss him like a toy, and diving to the ground before he found a fist in his face, Cozmo just grabbed ahold of the guys ankle. Smirking a little, his muscles flexed as he sent a jolt of electricity through the large drummer- not enough to stop his heart, but stronger than a static shock- and enough to get him to let the girl go. He didn't even think about the others there, if they saw him or were coming up to help their friend- he just couldn't watch while he strangled their singer.

A jolt of electricity shocked through Zane's system, jarring his massive body with unbelievable pain. Back arched in agony, his eyes shot open wide with surprise and pain as a quaking howl escaped his jaws. His grip on Charm tightened for a moment, then released, causing her to collapse on the floor in a heap, having received a portion of the shock herself through contact. His hands balled into fists as he yelled, Manic and Torque leaping from the stage as they instructed the guards to leave the auditorium without question and quickly. A few of the bystanders were still hurrying from the room, but in such a panic that they didn't bother to observe the change that was occuring.
Noting that they were nearly alone, Torque approached Cozmo from behind and delivered a swift kick to his head, causing him to lose his grip upon Zane. The massive man slumped forward, knees and four palms colliding solidly with the floor, nearly on top of Charm. Screaming as the ground beneath her cracked with the force, Charm scrambled from beneath him as he began to recover, though the strong scent of singed fur lingered about him. Easing himself to his feet once more, ears pulled flat against his head, one of his arms was twisted around his middle, clutching his side which had become blackened by the strong shock. His left leg had gone numb, and his vision was swimming, but he figured he could still manage well enough to do some damage, now that he was clearly ticked off. Shaking with wrath, he turned to the man who had delivered the electrocution as Manic and Torque surrounded him.
Torque, eyeing Charm as she stumbled to her feet and made for the open door, sent a gust of wind from his palm that acted as a low barrier causing Charm to trip. He then emitted a second gust and pulled the door closed, the harsh force causing the lock to jam and disabling the door as a port of exit. "Watch Charm," he instructed Manic, turning on the individual who had caused them so much trouble. Manic nodded in response, but didn't back off. Torque crossed his arms, almost in amusement as he gazed upon the man, a cruel smirk snaking across his lips. "Now, I could understand if you didn't agree with our music, but, to clearly ruin of set and frighten our audience, as well as giving our lovely singer a chance to sneak off.. We simply can't have that." His tail swished in annoyance, cat like as it reflected his irritation. He sobered instantly, his upper lip curling back in disgust. "Though it isn't usually the band's job to take care of mischief makers, we like to take this sort of business into our own hands. We tend to think we can do a much more thorough job." As he spoke, the air around his clenched palms began to whirl violently, blurring his hands until they were no longer visible as he delivered his threat.
Blood trickled down Charm's temple, streaking down her cheek and across her jaw as she lifted her head from the floor. Attempting to slowly sit up, a sharp pain spread through her forehead and the right side of her face, though she was relieved to find that her jaw hadn't been broken. Massaging her tender jowel, she dragged herself over to the stage and leaned against it for support. She had never taken such a physical beating before, and she regrettably admitted to herself that it had already begun to take its toll. She touched her fingers to the top of her head and came away with crimson fingertips. When the flow threatened to cascade into her eyes, she smeared it aside. Gripping the edge of the platform, she gingerly rose to her feet, turning her full attention to more important events. "Stay out of this, Charm, and we'll deal with you later. No need for you to get even more bloodied up," Manic said warningly, pointing an accusing finger in her direction though refusing to leave his position. Though it was difficult to see past Zane's hulking figure, Charm could just make out the form of another man trapped inside the tight circle, his brilliant orange fur standing out clearly against the colors of the other three men. Charm's eyes widened in alarm, unsure of exactly what she should do. If this man could distract them long enough, she could try to make it to the back onto the stage and escape through the back door. But, what if upon realizing that he was clearly outnumbered and oumuscled, he tried to run for it himself and left her hear to face their wrath alone? Yet, he had come to her aid when Zane had nearly strangled her.. she couldn't just leave him, she decided that resolutely. But, before she could completely decide on a course of action, the actions of the men were put into motion.

Crying out in surprise and pain as a kick was delivered to his head, Cozmo rolled away, holding his head a moment before sitting up slowly. He really knew this was a big mistake now, having not actually anticipated that they were mutants. All of them. Leaning up against the back of the last row of seats, Cozmo looked up at Torque as he spoke to him. He simply rolled his eyes at his words, not really seeming all too threatened by him. "Hey, at least I waited for the concert to be over." That was the cocky side of him, which was usually always his downfall.
Glancing around at the other two, the one he'd electrocuted still recovering and the other watching the girl, his gaze snapped back to Torque, brows rising. "Shit..." he muttered, and scrambled to his feet, but it was too late he couldn't get away from the others retaliation. He should have expected it though- he'd pissed off people before, but those were usually normals, people that didn't know he'd done anything and couldn't do anything to him. If anyone did figure it out, they were too afraid to do anything about it, seeing as he was a mutant and they were afraid of mutants. But, not all 'normals' were afraid- as he'd discovered before as well. But this was worse... much much worse.

Torque chuckled at the man, offering him a sympathetic shake of his head. "You're in way over your head," he warned, a malicious grin curled upon his lips as Manic sniggered in response to his comment. Torque cocked a brow towards the man as he recovered, knowing full well that only he or they would walk away from this confrontation, and, as odds proved, they were in favor. "Well, then, I do believe a well deserved thanks is in order."
Taking this as his cue, Zane roared and coiled back his arms, thrusting forward with a force powerful enough to knock a semi from his path. One massive fist collided with Cozmo's jaw, the other burying itself in the man's chest and promptly knocking the air from him as he was bodily thrown across the auditorium, landing roughly among the vacant seats. Tapping into his influence over wind, Torque summoned the air around him and sprung from the ground. The wind in the room whipped violently, loose articles being flung about as Torque approached Cozmo from the air. Zane plowed through the seats thoughtlessly, tossing the plastic chairs aside as he focused his eyes on Cozmo.
Manic was reluctant to abandon his watch on Charm, but was more than eager to join in the melee. Settling on a halfway point, he vaulted himself onto the stage and crouched there, placing himself within range of both Charm and Cozmo so, if required, he could exhaust his powers on either. However, it was Cozmo he chose to watch diligantly, snickering as both Torque and Zane advanced upon him.
Swallowing a cry as Zane hit her rescuer aside as though he were nothing more than paper, Charm surveyed the scene wide-eyed. She felt absolutely helpless in the situation, unfortunately, knowing well enough that Manic was still keeping an eye on her, if a lenient one. She needed to figure something out. She needed to devise a plan. If this man were to face Zane and Torque alone, they would mercilessly tear through him as though he were nothing, powers or not. Electricity- or something like it. That's what he was capable of. She had come to realize this after her thoughts had unfogged, positive that she had felt a definite shock coursing through Zane to her, and that it must have been this man who had ignited the destruction that had served as a finale to their show. She quickly analyzed her situation and looked about for anything that could be used to help the man- something that would conduct electricty to his benefit.

Crying out in pain and surprise as he got a fist in the face- feeling more like he'd just had a cinder block crash into his jaw- he didn't even have time to recover from that before he found himself flying through the air and painfully crashing into the seats. "Uggghh..." he rolled onto the hard floor, holding his face with one hand, not sure if his jaw was broken or not, but it sure felt like it. Feeling the wind pick up, he also heard the sounds of the rows being tossed by that mountain of a man, Cozmo rolled over onto his stomach and though bleeding and bruised, he started to pull himself along the ground, looking around for anything that might be or use to him as well. If the rows of chairs didn't have any fabric on them, he could use them as a conduct, but that was not an option. He knew in large auditoriums there were outlets in the floor, but the chances of one being along his roll was slim, but he looked around all the same, hoping to get away from those guys long enough to do something. Anything.
Pulling himself up by the chairs, slowly, he glanced back as the two came towards him in their rage, looking quite excited to tear him apart and then looked around until he saw the girl again. She wasn't any part of this, she wasn't helping- as he figured she wouldn't. His eyes closed a moment as a wave of pain hit him and his leg buckled under his weight. The hit against the seats seem to have broken something else. "Damnit.." he fell again to the floor, cringing in the pain he didn't feel until he'd actually leaned up as he had done. "Hmm... interesting way to die..." he muttered to himself, ducking a little as a seat crashed above him as it had been thrown.
He'd gotten himself out of things before, but this time, he couldn't see a way out- not without receiving a few more broken bones.

He was down. The man showed signs of broken bones, both in the way he winced and by the odd fashion with which he tenderly leaned upon one weak leg. He wouldn't last much longer, Charm realized. Torque came to the same understanding as well, tossing a strong gust of wind that knocked Cozmo from his feet and pinned him against the wall towards which they were advancing. As exciting as the concept had seemed at first, Torque was disappointed in the situation, finding the conflict to far less interesting than he had first assumed. It was clear to him that, though he had injured Zane in some apparent way, the man had done nothing more than stand his ground and throw smart remarks about. Torque had the feeling that this brawl wouldn't last much longer at the rate they were going, but that hardly gave him any reason to ease up.
Charm glanced onto the stage, looking just past Manic's crouched figure and spotted a steel pole that had been loosened from the lights during the confusion and had fallen to the stage below. Quickly sizing up the situation and its consequences, she knew that the man wouldn't find help from anyone else. If he were to survive this encounter, he would need her help. Minding her tender arm, she climbed onto the stage just as Manic wheeled about. She emitted a powerful note that spoke of being in two places at once, and the illusion she had focused upon appeared. As Manic's eyes widened in surprise, Charm split into two individuals, both who glanced at each other almost in shock that the trick had worked before simultaneously turning to face him. "Charm, don't!" He yelled as the pair advanced, one heading straight for him as the other skirted past him. He summoned his full powers, but held them at bay as he wasn't sure which Charm to aim for. Determining that it was the figure who was approaching him who was the real Charm, he attempted to talk her down for no more than a moment before striking- but that was all the time she needed. The young woman stooped as she came upon the metal pole and, tossing her head to the side to see that her duplicate still had Manic occupied, could feel the warmth being sucked from the air as Manic prepared to strike. Leaping from the stage, she stumbled and rolled, the heavy pole clutched tightly to her chest as the air above her exploded with Manic's power. He yelled in disgust as the illusion he had thrust at with his abilities evaporated and turned on heel to see Charm manuevering around the first row of seats and making her way towards the back of the auditorium. Approaching Zane and Torque from behind, she vaulted a few of the rows gingerly, slipping once or twice as she heard the thud of Manic jumping from the stage and footfalls as he ran hard after her.
Sensing Manic reaching for her from behind, Charm quickly whipped around, swinging the pole with as much force as she could muster and catching him in the chest with her blow. He howled with pain and doubled over, gasping for air as she desperately sprinted away from him and towards Torque and Zane as they loomed over Cozmo.
"Looks like the show's over for you," Torque chuckled from his place hovering in the air, arms folded in triumph across his chest as he grinned down upon the man defiantly. Zane was upon him at least, easily grasping his upper arms with a set of hands as Torque's wind held him steady, the second pair of hands securing themselves on either side of Cozmo's head, prepared the crush the man's skull. It was now that Charm had finally arrived, ducking out from Torque's view as she slid to a halt just behind Zane. Selecting a spot swiftly, she winced as she exerted the little strength she had left, driving the blunted metal bar into Zane's wounded side and penetrating the muscle. Her gaze flicked the Cozmo expectantly as Torque's wind subsided as he twisted about, Zane roaring in livid pain as he released the man and wrapped his hands about the pole in an attempt to extract it, though it was buried deep in his hide.

When he found himself being thrust upon the wall and pinned by the force of a hurricane, Cozmo closed his eyes a moment, not sure what to say or think now. These guys were totally out of their minds, and for mutants, he'd never met such crazy ones before. He knew they were out there, he'd heard stories and seen things on the news- but he'd never met any in real life. He had no idea that the real reason for their actions was more towards the girl they had under their hold rather than what he did to the stage. Even so, he was hoping there was a way out of this, to get away. But when Zane came upon him and took his head between his hands, he knew all was lost. He was going to die and in a very horrible but hopefully quick way.
Then the moment of his death was postponed. The hand suddenly released his head and the monster of a man roared in pain and anger, rearing back. Cozmo had no idea what happened until he opened his eyes again and saw. He wasn't entirely sure how the metal bar got there, though he had a very good idea, the fire orange wolvine took only a split second once he was released from the wall from the distraction to leap forward and grasp onto the bar. This time he wasn't about to hold back only to disable him a moment. He wasn't accustomed to killing anyone though- and even if he'd been given the opportunity and it was in defense, he tried to hold back enough of a shock to not kill him, but he couldn't guarantee it. With his hold on the pole lodged quite well into the man's hide, Cozmo delivered a large electric shock, it coursing through the metal and transferring against and into the body of Zane. He held on until Zane was knocked to his knees and then collapsed to the ground- either dead or only unconscious Cozmo didn't care. Placing a foot on him, he pulled and yanked the pole from the flesh, holding it still as he looked up at Torque still in the air.
There were still two others- he couldn't hope to get them both with the pole. So before either Manic or Torque could come after him, he ran down the aisle along the side, getting to the stage again. He smashed the pole straight away into the large speaker and sent a large electric bolt into the system, it blew straight away and soon caught on fire. Watching as the smoke rose to the fire alarm, he glanced around to see where the other two were. The smoke alarm would sound, the sprinkler system would come on and there he'd have the advantage, but the smoke was slow to reach up the tall walls of the auditorium. So instead of waiting for it to work, he pulled out the pole again and ran up along the front of the stage to the other side, avoiding the other too, glancing around for that girl. She'd literally saved his life- he could only do equal for her. At least as best he could.
