Andy sat in one of the most empty lobbies. Only the monotone voice of the news reporter and the idle chatter of two other agents kept him company.
Sitting on one of the relatively comfortable sofas in this particular lobby, Andy thought over what his life might become, and what was now. He was relatively happy with the way things were going. He had nothing to worry about - aside from the occasional assignment - and money wise, he was making it off rather well.
He had no one to miss, as far as women went and being single was something he was comfortable with. He found that the apparently frightening appearance of his eyes was going to keep the girls away. He wasn't normal anymore, but he was ok with that. He rather liked the thought actually.
Leaning his head back onto the backrest of the la-z-boy couch, the Mexican feline sighed easily. He was finally comfortable.

((Mahina: Yay! I get to roleplay! I'm not going to make an account right now. I won't be on it enough for it to be worth it.))
Her city stroll had turned out to be rather dull. It was the way she wanted it, she just wanted to think over what had happened. The night-time air didnit clear her mind at all, however, and she was starting to feel only worse about the events. She was beginning to blame it all on herself.
Seeing Andy as she walked into this particular lobby, her heart jumped, only to sink more deeply when she realised he would remember nothing of her. Despite that fact, she made her way to him and sat down. "Hey there, Stranger."

(( -eats Mahi's mother- ))
Turning his head to face the feminine voice, Andy offered a curious grin. It wasn't all too often that he was confronted by strangers. Usually he was making th e first greeting gesture. " 'Ello, miss." She smelled like jasmine flowers on a humid day, mixed with honeysuckle and chai. Something about her seemed familiar in a distant, eerie way. Then again, lately a lot of things seemed familiar - in fact his memory seemed like a puzzle now. He didn't bother with pieccing it back together, though.
"I don't think I seen you around the underground before."

"I'm new around here, so I doubt you would have." She pulled into the sofa a bit more, missing Andy more than ever now. It was so hard to lie to him like this. She wanted to leap into his arms and kiss him - kiss him the way they used to kiss, hold him the way she once did. But instead, she was meeting him all over again.
"M'names Jahqira, feel free to call me Jack, though."

"Jack, eh? I like its simplicity." Smiling, he lifted his ears to her, at least as far as they would go. "Though, I doubt simple is any word the refers to the person behind it." He offered a hand to shake and he hoped she would take it as not to make him look like a fool.
Adding on as a side joke, "I'm sorry to hear you got cuaght up in this web dubbed 'The Agency.'"

"Maybe simpler than you think, and, thanks for the welcome. I think."
She took his hand and shook it lightly, having noticed this action. She returned the smile, even though she knew he could not see it, maybe he could feel it in some way or another. Looking over his new markings and the scarring taking place on his face, she wanted to kiss away the pain.
"And what might I call a gentlemanly fellow like yourself?"

Taking her hand, he brought it to his lips to pull off that 'gentleman' effect even more. It was all in fair jest and the way he did this made that fact even more obvious.
"You can call me Andy, m'lady." setting her hand back down, he brushed his bangs away from his face. Looking away, he was suddenly reminded of the children on the street as his hair tickled his brow.
