Renoshi's eyes met with hers as she spoke up. He smiled at the thought of her words. "Admiring..." he repeated. That was a new thing for him to hear. Someone admiring and savoring things like this. "I guess....even the smallest of moments can have a much greater meaning. All depending on the person." he paused momentarily. "I like that idea...." His voice was sort of soft at this time, like he was really fond of the ideas that came along with this experience. Even the smallest of comments from someone else could open up his mind in new ways, allowing a new understanding.
The Kyrii's ears raised up a little, catching the woman's sigh. "Is that so...?" his words were half-questioning. Though, from her reactions up until this time he knew the answer already. "Well, things that are new are worth trying out at least once, if its possible."

Riley smiled softly at Renoshi's rambling, listening intently and hanging onto every word for dear life. He seemed to put a lot of thought into his responses and comments, which really drew her to him. Day in and day out she had plenty of human contact, even when there was so, it had no meaning. The people she met everyday didn't ponder. Riley doubted some of them could even think for themselves. What with main stream popularity and things of the sort. Be this way, or that. Dress like this, or you're out. Blah. Blah. Blah.
Riley's head soon nodded to his question, and she rest one elbow absently on the table top. "Yeah." She agreed, head giving yet another short, soft nod. "I don't really go anywhere anymore, some how being out alone doesn't float my boat. Most people don't have the time of day for me, anyways..." Her voice trailed off, and she said nothing more. It was true. Riley didn't really have a social life. Likely due to the way she dressed, and the fact that she worked a lot, and her shifts were also changed about. Infact, sometimes she had to work from dawn until dusk, just because another worker called in sick. Yet, somehow, Riley did not see all that jaded...

Renoshi slipped in a few bites of food between thinking and listening. Which was becoming a hard thing t do with so much to say, to listen to, and to think about right now. He did try to hear and take in each word Riley spoke and the meaning and untold secrets behind them. He learned that even some words, not matter how lightly the come up in a conversation, can have a much deeper thought. And he was beginning to see that in this woman.
"Being alone is a difficult thing. When you truly feel alone, it can become the worst thing to ever happen in life. Its darkness surrounding itself around you at all times, locking you away..." His hand raised and ran through his orangeish hair as his eyes rested for an instant. He stopped himself from going any deeper into that. "Since I don't necessarily like being alone, the same going for you, how about I take you out somewhere else after this?"

Riley nodded her head softly in reaction to Renoshi's commented. Being alone was devistating at times. No one was around to comfort you, to spend time with you, or even to scold you. Sometimes that in itself was welcome, if one was lonely enough. Sometimes she struck that point, the point where you feel like you're the only person in thew world that knows of your existance, and then you wonder if you really do exist as all. Of course, she managed to drag herself out of it at some point not long after, simple little things always made her perk up and seemed to put her mind at ease.
Resting her chin on her hand, Riley's eyes danced at Renoshi's invitation, "I would like that very much, thank you." She softly told him, a faint smile appearing across her lips. Hey, going out some where beat going home and sitting alone until you fell asleep, anyday.

"Alright, its agreed then. After we finish eating we'll go out somewhere else, and I know exactly where that will be." He said with a smile. "But don't even try to ask me where, its another surprise."
Speaking of finishing food, Renoshi looked off to the side. He was looking for their waiter. They had waited awhile, so the main dish should have been there soon. "It seems they're taking awhile." he said, still looking to the door he figured the kitchen was. He shrugged lightly, and turned back now. He began eating again, obviously trying to clear his plate before the remainder of the food was served but still eat in his proper form.

"Aww," Riley gave a light smirk at Renoshi as he refused to tell her where they would be going. "Alright then, I'll just have to wait and see." She pointed out, finger tips absently tapping her cheek in thought as she couldn't help but silently wonder where they would be going. In all truth it was hard not to wonder, it seemed almost instinct to be curious, even more so when it were a 'secret.'
Subconciously, blue eyes danced to the kitchen doors as well, then her own plate. While Riley had been speaking and eatting between statement, she had forgotten that more food was coming. "Yes, it does." She agreed, and turned her attention to her own plate once more. Her tail swayed lightly under the table, running along the table leg without her realizing it. It seemed to make such a motion when Riley became content, or calm, if you will. Perhaps both.

Renoshi had nodded when Riley agreed to waiting for the next location they were going to visit. "Good." This was the only word he used to reply.
His reddish tail swayed lightly back and forth, like the pendulum of a grandfather clock as the silence washed over them. By now Renoshi had is plate mostly clear, luckily, since the waiter appeared again. "Hello again. Here are your main courses." He set a plate in front of each of the table's occupants. The two dishes looked identical. A pasta dish with three different sauces, one in each section of the pasta. The tree different sauces were a fettuccine sauce, a butter and garlic sauce, and a tomato and meat sauce. Odd combination together, but they were clearly divided.
The waiter disappeared again, and Renoshi spoke up, "What do you think? Looks good?" he asked the female. Hopefully she liked pasta dishes.

Riley's eyes scanned the plate before her in silence, once more rather mystified with the meal. Soon enough, she had lifted her head to smile at Renoshi. "I believe the closest thing I've ever had to this is Kraft Dinner," She absently told him, resting her hand on her cheek once more. She gave a soft nod, "It looks better then good..." She slowly told him, letting her hand fall to rest on the table top once more, "It looks great." Riley concluded, head giving a final nod as that very same hand moved to pick up a fork. More or less, she was just realizing how hungry she were, and swallowed back the urge to wolf it all down in several large bites. A quick decision, and she were soon to try the fettuccine sauce with the pasta, not that she even knew what it was, or had any idea what it tasted like. Though, she wasn't surprised to find how wonderful it tasted. Not in the very least. Raising her eyes to Renoshi with a smile once more, she observed him in silence for no more then a moment, ears perked and still.

Renoshi took a few moments to watch as Riley tried the pasta. He was glad, yet again, that she seemed satisfied with the food. He really was enjoying his time out today. It was like a whole new experience, having someone else with you, even in a place so familiar, was different. He began to consume his food, starting with the pasta with butter and garlic sauce. He twirled the thin noddles around his fork, being extremely careful not to make a mess when he ate.
A thought did come to his mind, and between eating he lowered his fork. "What places are of normalcy to you?" he asked. He was curious on what kind of places were normal for Riley to visit. Places to eat, hang out, etc.

Riley rose her eyes to Renoshi as she heard his voice, it took a few moments for the question to sink in, over the aroma of food, the light clack of her fork tip as it hit the plate, and the sound of distant chattering that did not seem to be nearly as imporant as anything which was going on. Clearing her throat, Riley's ears twitched, laying back absently to nestle in her hair, which hid them for the most part as her thin frame shrugged.
"Well," She began to say, tail waving back and forth softly, she shuddered softly as it grazed her leg, then smiled at Renoshi once more, "I got to the parks sometimes. I usually eat at diners and places like that. They are easier for me to get to, and I somehow fit in well... I visit Arcades sometimes - I love playing those old fashion video games on those quarter slot machines." Riley's smile only grew as she thought about things as such, simple thoughts, though they kept her happy. "Sometime I go sit near a soft ball diamond, and people play."
As always, a rather odd combination of places, though that was Riley for you, she was not exactly your run of the mill female. Soon enough, she had lifted her fork to her lips once more, and proceeded to eat. Ah. Now this, this was food!
